 2. Do meditation every day. It will increase your concentration and make your mind positive.

 3. Maintain a healthy weight.

 4. Eat brain developing food like nuts, beans, fish oil, green leafy vegetables, blueberries etc.

 5. Have a proper sleep everyday.

 6. Play brain games like crossword, chess, puzzle solving etc.

The Best Time To Study- Day v/s Night | Sanghatikid

Learning is fun. What is the best time to study? ; Is it better to study in day than night? These are some endless debates among students. In terms of these questions, there are some points for both sides- Day and Night. They are as follows-                                                

                                                             DAY STUDY

1. You will get natural light which is good for eyes.

2. After a good night's sleep, you will get more energy to study.

3. In early morning, you can do exercise or yoga or jogging which will increase your concentration.

4. Most people are contactable during morning. So, easily you can call your teachers or friends for any help.

5. The morning is the best time to remember your studies.


                                                        NIGHT STUDY

1. At night, you can study in peace and quite.

2. There will be fewer distraction than day as the social network will be less active.

3. Things look different at night. Thus, it can increase your creativity and help you see concepts        differently. 

4. Most of the libraries are closed at night.

5. Night is better for applying and analyse the data you have learnt in your full day.
