1. Eat less sugar. Science has shown that sugar can lead to poor memory and reduce brain capacity.
2. Do meditation every day. It will increase your concentration and make your mind positive.
3. Maintain a healthy weight.
4. Eat brain developing food like nuts, beans, fish oil, green leafy vegetables, blueberries etc.
5. Have a proper sleep everyday.
6. Play brain games like crossword, chess, puzzle solving etc.
7. Don't consume large amount of refined carbohydrates like cookies, cakes, cereals, white bread, etc.
8. Exercise everyday.
10. Create mnemonics in all subjects you have read.
